The magnificent Josper is the heart of our kitchen, it is a combination of a closed grill and an oven in one. There are only 9 such furnaces in Poland! It allows you to grill at a temperature above 400 ° C, drawing 100% energy from charcoal. The meat, fish and vegetables prepared in it gain a characteristic charcoal smoke aroma, typical for a barbecue on a live fire. We won’t dwell on steaks – you just have to try it! We invite grill fans to a real feast.
